Am I able to have all of my aviation insurance policies in one package?
Whilst aviation insurance isn’t generally able to be grouped into one package, we work as a one stop shop and can manage all of your policies on your behalf.

Do I have to contact the insurer if I want to make a change to my policy?
No. We are your main contact. We manage all of your insurance with your insurer on your behalf. Just call us and we will take care of it.

Are you a representative of the insurance company?
No. We act on behalf of you and not the insurer. We take the hard work out of your insurance purchases by acting as your representative in negotiating with insurance companies.

Do I contact the insurer if I need to make a claim?
No. We have dedicated staff who manage the entire process when you need to make a claim. We negotiate the very best outcome for you.

Can I pay my policy on a monthly or quarterly basis?
Yes. We can arrange monthly installment payments either directly with your insurer or through a premium funding company. In some circumstances we can arrange quarterly payments with no added cost to your policy.

If I request an aviation insurance quote through AIO, am I obliged to take up your recommendation? Is there any additional cost for you to provide alternate quotes?
Absolutely not. We earn our commission only when we can find you an insurance solution that suits you better than what you have now and only when you are happy to take up our offer. We do not charge you to obtain quotes for you.

Do you promote one insurer over another?
No, that is what makes us different. In Australia, the aviation insurance market is limited, so we are likely to contact all suitable insurers to find the best policy for your risk.
